Suggested timeline

  1. Friday 4 PM — Arrival + welcome drinks: Stagger arrivals around dinner. Welcome bags on the bed, playlist on, kitchen open.
  2. Friday 8 PM — Group dinner: Reserve under the bride's name. Pre-order a couple of bottles so the table feels celebratory the second you sit down.
  3. Saturday brunch — Slow start: Bottomless mimosas optional. Block 90 minutes — long enough to recover, short enough to hit the afternoon plan.
  4. Saturday afternoon — Activity: Pool, spa, vineyard tour, cooking class — pick one. Budget 3 hours including travel.
  5. Saturday night — The big night: Dinner reservation at 8, second spot at 10, optional third spot for the night owls.
  6. Sunday brunch — Send-off: Casual. The bride doesn't owe anyone energy by Sunday.
